Effective at launch, spring 2027 · Last updated 7 November 2026

The short version. The camera picture is read on your device and never saved, recorded or sent anywhere. Your workouts stay on your devices, in Apple Health and in your own iCloud.

No account, no analytics, no advertising and no servers of our own. By design, we cannot see your workouts, your camera picture or your health data.

Who we are

Repetta is published by ODAMIT.

ODAMIT (as named above) is the controller for the limited processing described here. Website: odamit.com.

The camera

Repetta uses your device's camera to count reps and time holds. Each frame is analysed on your device with Apple's Vision framework to estimate the position of your joints, and then discarded. Repetta keeps only the result: a rep count or a hold time.

You can turn camera access off at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera. Repetta can't count without it.

Data stored on your devices

The following is created and stored on your iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. It is never sent to ODAMIT or to anyone else by us:

If iCloud is on for Repetta, your workouts, Repettas, challenges and most settings are also kept in your private iCloud account, so they appear on your other devices and survive a reinstall. Apple stores this copy under its privacy terms; ODAMIT has no access to it. To keep everything on one device only, turn off iCloud for Repetta in the Settings app (your name → iCloud).

Deleting the app deletes the data on that device. The iCloud copy can be deleted in the Settings app (your name → iCloud → Manage Storage). We cannot recover either for you.

Apple Health (HealthKit)

With your permission, Repetta:

Health data is exchanged only between the app and Apple Health on your devices, under Apple's HealthKit rules. We never receive it, and it is never used for marketing, advertising or anything beyond the app's visible features. You can review or revoke access at any time in the Health app (Profile → Privacy → Apps → Repetta).

Apple Watch, widgets and the Live Activity

Your iPhone and Apple Watch talk to each other directly, device to device, through Apple's WatchConnectivity, never through a server. Widgets and the Live Activity read their numbers from the app on the same device.

Notifications

The daily reminder is a local notification scheduled on your device; nothing about it leaves your phone. To keep your iCloud data current, Apple's iCloud service may send Repetta silent background notifications. They carry no content from ODAMIT and show nothing on screen.

Purchases

The optional one-time purchase "Repetta Unlimited" is processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple ties the purchase to your Apple Account, which is how restoring it on a new device works without a Repetta account.

Sharing (your choice)

If you share a Repetta, the whole circuit (its name, rounds, rest and steps) is written into the link itself. You decide who receives it, through the iOS share sheet. Anyone with the link can see that circuit; nothing about you, your workouts or your health is in it.

The Repettas on this website work the same way: the link holds the circuit, and Repetta asks before adding it. This website does not know who opens a link or scans a code.

Diagnostics

Repetta keeps a short technical log of the counting engine on your device (numbers such as joint angles and timings, never images). It stays on your device unless you choose to share it from Settings → About → Export diagnostics, for example in an email to us. If you do, we use it only to fix the problem you reported and delete it afterwards.

This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Like any website, the hosting provider processes your IP address to deliver the pages.

To check before launch: name the host (for example Cloudflare, as for circloop.app) and its log retention, and whether the Google Fonts request is kept or the font is hosted with the site.

What we do not do

Your rights (GDPR / LGPD)

Because Repetta processes personal data (camera, health, workouts) only on your devices and in your own iCloud account, and ODAMIT neither collects nor stores any of it, there is no personal data held by us to access, correct, export or erase. Your data is under your direct control: view it in the app or in Apple Health, and erase it by deleting workouts, the app or its iCloud data.

For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the Brazilian Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), contact feedback@repetta.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Children

Repetta is a fitness app meant for healthy adults (see Health & safety). It does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children, because it collects no data at all.

Changes

If Repetta's data practices ever change, this policy will be updated here and the date above revised. Material changes will be announced in the app.
