Prop it up.Move. It counts.
Repetta counts your reps and times your holds with the camera. Lean your phone against a water bottle, step back, and it counts every rep out loud. You never touch the screen mid-set.

How it works
Three steps. No buttons mid-set.
The whole setup is something to lean your phone on.
Prop it, step back
Lean your iPhone against a water bottle and step back until it sees all of you. On iPad, anything sturdy works.
Move
Repetta follows your joints on the camera picture. A 3, 2, 1 and you're on. Holds start the moment you're in position.
Hear the count
Every rep out loud, or every tenth if you'd rather. With a goal, it can count down: 50, 49, 48. Holds tick down to zero.
Counting
A counter, not a coach.
Repetta does one thing: it keeps count, so your head is free for the set.
Reps and holds, kept apart
Reps are counted, holds are timed. Progress shows both as their own numbers.
Learns your range
After the first three reps, Repetta tunes itself to how you move, so a short person and a tall one both count true.
It all adds up
Every set lands in Progress, History and Awards. A week that's up gets a pill; a quieter week just doesn't.
Apple Health
Each set, or a whole Repetta from first step to last, is one workout in Apple Health and the Fitness app.
Counting is an estimate. Repetta reads joint angles from the camera; it doesn't check your form or how deep you go.
Exercises
Fifteen moves, and counting.
Strength, cardio, holds and stretches. Each one drawn the way Repetta sees you: as a skeleton over the camera picture.
Repettas
Put moves together. Repetta runs the show.
A Repetta is your own little circuit: exercises, rounds and rests. Repetta announces each step, counts it, times the rest and tells you what's next. Skip a step and it offers it again at the end.
The app starts you with five. The rest are below: tap Add to Repetta on your iPhone, or scan the code with the camera.
Every Repetta here is a link: the whole circuit rides inside it, so nothing is stored on a server and new ones arrive without an app update. Repetta asks before adding anything. Share your own from the app the same way.
Challenges
Thirty days, one day at a time.
Each challenge climbs a little every day, from a first few reps to a finish worth telling someone about. Miss a day and nothing breaks: you pick up where you left off.
Or make your own: any exercise, your start and finish, 7 to 30 days. Gentle, Steady and Steep describe the ramp, never the person.
On your wrist
The phone stays on the floor.
Your Apple Watch shows the count and your heart rate, and starts a workout by itself when a set begins.
A remote for the phone
Start a Repetta, finish a set, skip a step or a rest without walking back to your phone.
Change the goal with the Crown
Turn the Digital Crown during a set; the iPhone remembers it for next time.
Widgets and the Lock Screen
Today's count on your Home Screen, and the live set in the Dynamic Island.
Apple Watch is optional. Everything works on the iPhone alone.
Yours, and only yours
The camera watches. Nobody else does.
The video never leaves your device
The camera picture is read on your iPhone, frame by frame, and thrown away. Nothing is recorded, saved or uploaded.
No account
Nothing to sign up for. Your workouts stay on your devices, in Apple Health and in your own iCloud.
No servers of ours
No tracking, no ads, no analytics. We never see your workouts. The privacy policy is short enough to read.
Kindness is the point. No leaderboards, no streak guilt, no "you're falling behind". Five squats on a busy day still count.
Health & safety
Before you start.
The same notes you find in the app, under Settings, Legal, Health & safety.
Who it's for
Repetta is meant for healthy adults. If you're pregnant, injured or recovering, or have a heart, lung or joint condition, talk to a doctor before you start a new exercise routine.
Your body decides
Move within your limits and stop if anything hurts, feels wrong or makes you dizzy. You never have to reach a goal, finish a challenge or keep a streak.
Counting is an estimate
The camera estimates your joint angles. It can miss reps, count extra ones or pause the timer while you're still in position. Repetta doesn't check your form or how deep you go, and nothing it shows or says is advice on how to move.
Not medical advice
Heart rate, calories and effort are estimates for your own tracking. They aren't medical measurements and don't replace advice from a doctor or a qualified trainer.
Your surroundings
Make sure you have room to move, and stand the phone securely, away from where you step or land.

Questions, answered.
Does Repetta record me?
No. The camera picture is analysed on your device, one frame at a time, and nothing is saved, recorded or sent anywhere. Repetta only keeps the result: how many reps, or how long you held.
Do I need an account?
No. There's nothing to sign up for. Your workouts stay on your devices and in Apple Health, and sync between your iPhone and iPad through your own iCloud.
Where do I put my phone?
On the floor or a low shelf, leaning against something like a water bottle, a couple of metres away, so it sees all of you. Each exercise shows a short tip on where the phone works best.
Does it count every rep right?
Most of the time. Counting is an estimate from your joint angles, so a rep can be missed or counted twice, especially in poor light or when part of you is out of the picture.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. Everything works on the iPhone alone. With a watch, you see the count and your heart rate on your wrist and can control the phone from there.
Does it work on iPad?
Yes. Prop up your iPad and it counts the same way, with a larger picture and the count beside you in landscape. Your sets sync to your iPhone.
What does it cost?
Repetta is free, with push-ups, squats and the plank, and three guided Repetta runs to try. Repetta Unlimited is one payment of $7.99, no subscription, and every future exercise and challenge is included. With Family Sharing, up to six people in your family can use it.
Which languages?
English, German, French and Brazilian Portuguese at launch. Spanish and Italian are planned for the Summer Update.
Counts. You move.
